Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Charge Today
The Primal Bonus offer activation is free. Today's charge is $0 for both Premium and Pro subscriptions. You are not billed at the time of activation.
Renewal After Free Period
- Premium renews at $7/mo after the 3-month free period unless canceled.
- Pro renews at $69.99/mo after the 1-month free period unless canceled.
Renewal charges begin only after the free period ends and only if the subscription has not been canceled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the free period ends. Cancellation prevents any future renewal charges. If you cancel during the free period, you retain access until the end of the period.
To cancel: go to Settings in the Primal app and select Cancel Subscription.
Refund Requests
If you are charged after the free period due to not canceling in time, you may contact support to request a refund. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
No Hidden Fees
There are no hidden fees, setup charges, or activation costs associated with the Primal Bonus offer. The only potential future charge is the standard subscription renewal rate if not canceled.
